New Features Update of Wigzo

Hurray!! We just launched an amazing updating of new features in Wigzo.

We hope you know by now that, at Wigzo the journey is never-ending. There’s always going to be growth and improvement, just like today’s updates.

  • Detailed Customer Analytics even for a Single Customer with Wigzo Dashboard.
  • Predefined segments to segregate your customers on various parameters like Revenue, Average Order Value, etc
  • Detailed Order Analytics even for a Single Order with Wigzo Dashboard.
  • Custom Segments according to your requirements.

It’s super easy to access these features in your dashboard:

Step 1: Log in to with your integrated eCommerce store credentials. 

Step 2: You can see two new features there, in the sidebar section.


#1 Customers

In this section, you can see the data of customers such as customer’s name, email, First Order Date, Last Order Date, Status of the customer, How many orders a single customer have placed, how much revenue has been generated from a single customer, address of customers, etc.

There is one more sub-section in the Customer section labeled as “Segment”, once you enter the segment part you can see there are multiple predefined segments based on the customers’ behavior, here you can add custom segment as well to target customers more effectively.

Here’s how it looks in the Dashboard:



#2 Orders 

In this section, you can see details of orders by customers such as customer’s email, Order Id, Order Date, Gross Revenue, Status of Orders, tax collected from the individual order, Gross Profit, Gross Margin, ordering device, order source, etc. for individual order respectively.

In plain words, this section is complete analytics for orders.

Quick Tip: You can download a CSV file for data of  “Customers” as well as “Orders”.
