Wigzo in the Latka 250 Fastest Growing SaaS Companies List

Wigzo garners yet another feat in the e-commerce SaaS domain. We are proud to make it to the Latka 250 Fastest-Growing SaaS Companies list.

Since 2014, we’ve raised $2 million to grow faster and build our 64 person team to serve you better. Today over 600 of you use our tools, and many of you have upgraded to our new product offerings giving us a meager customer churn rate. Thank you!

As we’ve grown, our CEO Mohd Umair has spent time sharing our growth story with podcast host Nathan Latka. The show has passed 13m downloads, and our profile has been viewed over 30,000 times. You can listen to the last podcast here.

Each year, in addition to the podcast, Latka publishes the Latka 250 – a list of the fastest-growing SaaS companies. This year, 5,091 companies applied, and just 5% made a list.

We’re thrilled to share that we grew 73.6 % between Dec 2019 and Dec 2020 and look forward to growing another 100%+ this year with new product offerings.

About Wigzo

Hundreds of e-commerce brands pop-up every day. They compete online to discover, acquire and retain more customers. Amidst this fierce competition, your e-tail business must stand out in terms of personalization and customer experience to ensure sustained growth.

Wigzo’s AI-based marketing automation and e-commerce intelligence allow e-tail businesses to do just that within a single dashboard.

Wigzo is super-easy to integrate with Shopify, BigCommerce, and other legacy e-tail platforms without any hiccups.

How does Wigzo work?

Wigzo allows marketers to discover, engage, convert, analyze and retain the most profitable e-commerce customers.

E-commerce businesses can automate and align marketing communication over Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, On-site, and social channels for a 360-degree personalized experience.

Wigzo’s customer brands leverage its marketing automation and omnichannel personalization capabilities for;

  • Building a first-party customer database
  • Creating smart customer segments for hyper-personalized communication
  • Reducing high customer churn-rate
  • Combating cart abandonment & recovering lost sales
  • Pushing more sales via digital channels
  • Nudging and fast-tracking website users in their conversion journey
  • Sending mass broadcasts (Via SMS, Email & WhatsApp)
  • Minimizing user bounce rate via exit intent
  • Managing entire CRM with advanced analytics over a single dashboard

New Wigzo Products Coming This Year

Wigzo recently released ‘Magic Link QR Code’ functionality – a phygital solution for e-commerce brands. Magic Link QR allows e-tailers to generate a scannable QR code for your Magic links and place them on visual touchpoints like in-store banners, product packaging, website, and so on.

The users can then scan them and subscribe to your brand.

Moreover, Wigzo is all set to launch powerful new platform features in 2021 for e-commerce brands to leverage marketing automation. Latest in the ‘launch pipeline’ is the Conversations app by Wigzo – a single dashboard for e-commerce businesses to manage all their customer conversations in one place.

With Conversations, marketers will track and manage all their channel chats and messages in real-time for support-resource optimization and higher resolution throughput.

Moreover, new automation flows and smarter marketing features for Wigzo are currently under development and will announce their launch in due time.

How The Latka Rankings Work

Nathan Latka sold his SaaS company in 2015 before launching his SaaS CEO Podcast and database at GetLatka.com. Each year he gets revenue growth figures from SaaS CEOs and confirms the revenue via email with the CEO. The rankings take December 2019 monthly recurring revenue annualized (multiply by 12) and compare to revenue 1 month ago (December 2020).

The companies are then split into three buckets since it’s easier to grow a $1m company 300% compared to a $10m company. The three categories are $1m-$10m, $10m-$20m, and $20m-100m.

In total, the top 250 companies do $8.5 billion in revenue, service 2.2 million customers, and have raised a total of $12 billion.

You can see a digital version of the top 250 SaaS companies here and find the deeper story on our growth in the March issue of Latka Magazine.

Thanks to all of you for helping us land a spot in the Latka 250 for 2020. We look forward to another 7 years of helping you build your businesses!
