Shiprocket is India’s largest eCommerce shipping and enablement platform for SMBs. The technology powers shipping and fulfillment for SMEs, D2C retailers, and social commerce sellers in India. With 17+ courier partners on board, the brand enables pan-India and international shipping deliveries. Its shipping solutions are available across 29,000+ pin codes within India and 220 countries worldwide.
Shiprocket, India’s premier technology-enabled logistics and fulfillment platform, has acquired 75% of our equity. Shiprocket will be able to extend its product stack for online merchants who use its platform and provide a more tailored end-to-end customer experience due to the strategic partnership.
With this recent deal, Shiprocket intends to achieve new heights in the e-commerce technology area and aid D2C firms in growing their technology stack to enhance marketing conversion.
Shiprocket and Wigzo will work in tandem to provide a superior customer experience by addressing important pain points for eCommerce merchants. While Wigzo Tech provides knowledge about customer loyalty and purchase behavior to boost conversion, Shiprocket specializes in using delivery behavior data and allowing end-to-end logistics and fulfillment efficiency. This unique but comprehensive combination provides a personalized end-to-end purchase experience for every D2C business.
